The Ponderosa Grande is their second option. It lasts for three hours and features “The Big Daddy,” their fastest line! At the end of this tour, you’ll return to home base to their rooftop patio. Purgatory Resort
If you only have time for a quick trip, head to Purgatory Resort. They offer individual rides, as opposed to long tours. Each ticket is just $15 or can be included in their Total Adventure Package. The Purgatory zip line will take you from the tallest structure in Durango, the Village Tower, and glide you across the length of a football field. You’ll reach speeds of up to 35 miles-per-hour.
