Condos, Townhomes and Homes at the Resort
The plaza condos are the walk-to-lift set. Eolus 522 is the one-bedroom (800 sq ft, sleeps six) with a building pool and two hot tubs. Angel Haus #117 is a two-bedroom that sleeps eight. Last Run sits in the main plaza with a wood-burning fireplace and rooftop hot tub and sauna access. Mountain Gem is a single-level two-bedroom (1,200 sq ft) and the best-reviewed condo in this corridor (5 from 21). Edelweiss 8 is the three-bedroom condo (1,800 sq ft, sleeps eight, two dogs, garage, EV charger).

Ski-In Condo or Shuttle Home?
If walking out to the lift is non-negotiable, start on ski-in, ski-out rentals and the condo-only Purgatory condos page.
If you want more square footage or a private hot tub and can take a short shuttle, look at Black Bear Travertine, Modern Mountain Escape and Engineer House 487 on this page — they are at the resort corridor without the ski-in amenity tag. Midway between Durango and the mountain, Tamarron vacation rentals add resort pools and a ski-season shuttle option without staying in the base village. For townhome floor plans across the valley, see the proposed Durango townhomes page.
