Once you’ve settled in, step out onto the back patio. The concrete patio hosts outdoor living seating where you can relax and enjoy the Durango weather and view of the hillside. There is also a grill for preparing meals al fresco in the warmer months.

Step into the home and vacation calm. The living space features soaring cathedral ceilings and multiple windows that capture plenty of natural light. A wood-burning stove offers extra heat in the winter, while central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer months. Gather on the large wraparound couch and enjoy a movie or favorite TV show together on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. A large shower stall accompanies a double-sink vanity with ample counter space for both occupants. The second and third bedrooms each host a queen bed with matching night tables and dresser.
