Spend a day embarking on a picturesque train ride, or delighting in the therapeutic benefits of geothermal waters at Durango Hot Springs just a quick 15-minute drive away.

Master Bedroom - King Bed (En suite bathroom - Main Level)
2nd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds with Converter to set up as a King bed (Main Level)
3rd Bedroom - Twin over Full bunk bed with twin trundle (Main Level)

This property is pet friendly (with prior approval 2 dogs max) Pet fee is $25/per day, per pet. The maximum pet fee is $200 per dog and will be added to your reservation after you book.

We will request an email and physical mailing address at the time of booking. Guests will then be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign.

Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
