Responsive host, comfortable accomodations, great amenities. The condo is just off the main entry road to the resort so there is significant traffic noise from the off-road vehicles in the morning. Steep but short walk to the resort from the condo. Host was quick to help with everything we needed. Summer family fun with the ping pong table and TV area. Great stay!

We do! Many of our long-term rental properties are designed with a private hot tub in place for guests to enjoy during their extended stay. If the rental you’re interested in has this feature in place, it will be listed on the amenity lineup on the property listing on our website.

Can I book a long-term getaway at Purgatory Resort?
You can. At Durango Colorado Vacations, we have a wide variety of townhome rental options available at Purgatory Resort, with many of our accommodations easily able to welcome anywhere from 6 to 12 guests at a time.

Will I be required to put down a deposit on my rental property?
It depends on when you make your reservations. For bookings more than 60 days out from a scheduled arrival time, we ask for a 50% deposit. If you’re booking your stay 60 days or less before your arrival, we ask for the property to be paid in full at the time of your reservation.

How does check-in work?
Once you receive your check-in instructions through e-mail, you can head directly to your property on the day of your scheduled arrival and use either a lock box or door code to access the rental.

What time do I need to check out of my rental?
We ask that our guests check out of their rental property at 10:00 am on the day of their scheduled departure.
