The Center’s exhibits showcase local, national, and internationally recognized artists. The exhibits rotate regularly, so returning visitors can always find something new!
Studio & Gallery
The simply named Studio & Gallery serves as a working studio space as well as a gallery for a small group of artists. The owners of Studio & Gallery work to foster the talent of up-and-coming artists and what they bring to the community. The rotating monthly exhibitions are curated in-house and are representative of the contemporary work from local, regional, and national artists. Stop in to see the works, chat with the artists, and be a part of the art scene in Durango.
Ton-Atin Gallery
Established in 1957, Toh-Atin Gallery is recognized as a quality dealer in Native American and Southwest Art. The gallery deals in baskets, jewelry, pottery, sculpture, paintings, weavings, and so much more! This is definitely one of the best things to do near Durango. Sorrel Sky
Sorrel Sky features a mix of Native American, Spanish, and classic American art in their Main Avenue gallery. You’ll love the mix of paintings, sculpture, prints, and jewelry found here. Sorrel Sky also holds workshops, teaching everything from still life paintings to basket weaving to photography. These workshops typically last for three days and fill up fast!
