Are pets allowed in all of your Durango camping cabins?

No. While many of our camping cabins are designed for pet-friendly living, each property has its own unique set of regulations in place. If the property you’re interested in is designated as pet-friendly, you’ll find this clearly noted on the listing on our website. Be sure to check before you book.

Can you recommend a great riverside eatery in the area?

Durango has no shortage of delicious options when it comes to the local culinary scene, but if you’re looking to pair a palate-pleasing dish with river views, we highly recommend the Animas River Grille & Lounge. Located at 501 Camino Del Rio, this restaurant is open from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm daily, and is a wonderful place to enjoy everything from buffalo chicken flatbread and steak to fish and chips paired with the perfect cocktail by the water.

Do you have camping cabins available for large groups?

Yes. If you’re heading to Durango with a large traveling group, we have property options readily available that are suitable for anywhere from 10 to 14 visitors at a time.

Will my camping cabin come with air conditioning in place?

Guests will be delighted to find that many of our camping cabins do come with air conditioning to enjoy during their stay. However, if the property you select doesn’t have air conditioning throughout, it will be set up with portable fans and ceiling fans instead.

Best place to stay. Our Host was great to communicate with prior to our stay answering all our questions in a timely manner. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It was well furnished with plenty of towels, cookware, extra refrigerator, a large washer and dryer, and all the amenities you could want. There were also lots of board games to keep our kids entertained as well as a swimming pool that was just a few steps away. We rented skis from Performance Skis which is near the Condo without the hassle and long lines of renting at the resort. I can't say enough about how great this condo and our Host was. We look forward to staying here again next year.
