Only a short 20 minute drive to downtown Durango to visit our famous shops, restaurants, or the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge RR. 10 minutes to Purgatory Resort for some of the best skiing in SW Colorado!


A simply stunning condo with high ceilings and mountain views will welcome you into this spacious home.

The living room features a flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, large picture windows allowing tons of natural light into the space, a dining table perfect for feasting, and access to the furnished deck which includes an electric grill.

Out on the deck, marvel at the views of the Front Range and appreciate the peace and quiet!

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Our company has been closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization statements regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our housekeeping staff is working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our companies health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19.  We have enhanced our cleaning protocols to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety at each property We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours.  Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.  

Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras. 

Cancellation Policy:
There is a cancellation fee of $100 regardless of date cancelled.
 If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, your lodging, taxes, and departure cleaning fee, minus a service fee of $100, will be returned to you.  
If you find you have to cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, all lodging fees will be refunded if, and only if, the unit can be re-rented for the specific dates that you have booked.  All monies, less cancellation fee, will be returned for the dates that have been re-booked. 
For reservations that are at least twenty-nine (29) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
