Where Is Center?

You will find the Durango Nordic Center across Highway 550, north of the Purgatory Resort (formerly known as the Durango Mountain Resort) entrance. Their address is 1 Skier Place, Durango, Colorado.

When Can I Ski?

The Center is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can purchase your trail passes and rentals through their website. You can also contact their office at (970) 385-2114 with any further questions.

What Does the Center Have to Offer?

Durango Nordic Center is known for their incredible clinics and lessons, which run all through the winter season. Group ski lessons are offered daily at 10:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. There are also private lessons offered at noon. Check the Center’s schedule to find out when clinics are offered. These programs are a great way to learn how to skate!
The Center also features over 20 kilometers of meticulously maintained trails for skate skiing as well as classic skiing. There are separate snowshoe trails, as well as trails for fat biking. If you don’t have winter sport equipment, you can also rent skis or snowshoes while you’re here!
