It ultimately depends on when you book. At Durango Colorado Vacations, we only require 50% of the rental cost to be paid when you reserve your stay more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival. If you’re booking 60 days or less before you’re scheduled to arrive, we’ll collect 100% of the cost.
