This home is an ideal getaway for your Durango vacation. Located in the beautiful Dalton Ranch Golf Club neighborhood, the location is perfect for all the incredible activities Durango has to offer. Its central location in the gorgeous Animas Valley provides an easy 10-minute drive to town and only a 20-minute drive to Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort to enjoy winter or summer fun!

This home is located in a private golf course community and all guests are required to comply with all HOA rules. Only the guests included on the reservation are permitted at the property.

This bright and cheerful AIR-CONDITIONED home has an open floor-plan, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. A fantastic retreat for families, it has a comfy great room that features floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous mountain views, a natural stone fireplace, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The cooks in the family will enjoy the well-equipped kitchen already stocked with spices that is completely open to the family room.

The kids will love the game table that doubles as a pool table and ping-pong but can also be converted to a flat top table for games/puzzles. They will also appreciate their very own smart TV in the bunk room to plug in their own gaming system they bring from home.    

The master suite has a king bed and newly remodeled 3/4 en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and new en-suite 3/4 bathroom. Our 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids. The bunk-room has a twin over full bed with a pull-out twin trundle sleeping a total of 4. For those of you taking a working vacation (fast WiFi), the 4th bedroom doubles as an office space with a desk and chair and an additional 2 twin beds in this bedroom. The twin beds can be push together and converted into a King sized bed with the provided king linens.   

A gourmet market (PJ's) is a 2-minute drive, along with Animas Wine and Liquor Shop, Durango Hot Springs and of course the amazing Dalton Ranch Golf Club and Restaurant - a local favorite.  

Bring your bikes, skis and golf clubs and get ready for some exciting fun or complete relaxation, whichever suits your mood.

Pets are not allowed at anytime.  No exceptions.

HOA rules: No parking in the street and No RV's or Trailers.  There is enough parking for 2-3 cars (one in garage, and 2 more in driveway)

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Our company has been closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization statements regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our housekeeping staff is working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our companies health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19.  We have enhanced our cleaning protocols to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety at each property We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours.  Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.  

Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras. 

Cancellation Policy:
There is a cancellation fee of $100 regardless of date cancelled.
 If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, your lodging, taxes, and departure cleaning fee, minus a service fee of $100, will be returned to you.  
If you find you have to cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, all lodging fees will be refunded if, and only if, the unit can be re-rented for the specific dates that you have booked.  All monies, less cancellation fee, will be returned for the dates that have been re-booked. 
For reservations that are at least twenty-nine (29) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
