Description

Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located on the 11th fairway in the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the heart of the beautiful Animas Valley. An easy drive just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort our home is central to golfing, skiing, hiking, biking and all the activities this region has to offer. Our home features A/C, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and a large patio with a gas grill overlooking the golf course and waterway.

In addition to our fantastic location, Trimble Hot Springs with a full spa is less than a mile from our home. This home provides the perfect base camp for all of your favorite activities. 

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King Bed (located on the main level with a TV and ensuite bath)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed (2nd level)
3rd Bedroom - Bunkbeds, full under twin (2nd level)
4th Bedroom – Queen Bed (main level)

Pets: This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $200/per pet and will be added to your reservation after you book.

We can accommodate 2 cars at this home. Per HOA regulations cars are not allowed to be parked on the street. You may park in the garage and driveway. RV, trailers, etc. are prohibited.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Our company has been closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization statements regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our housekeeping staff is working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our companies health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19.  We have enhanced our cleaning protocols to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety at each property We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours.  Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.  

Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras. 

Cancellation Policy:

There is a cancellation fee of $100 regardless of date cancelled.
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, your lodging, taxes, and departure cleaning fee, minus a service fee of $100, will be returned to you.  

If you find you have to cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, all lodging fees will be refunded if, and only if, the unit can be re-rented for the specific dates that you have booked.  All monies, less cancellation fee, will be returned for the dates that have been re-booked. 

For reservations that are at least twenty-nine (29) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date.

Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
