Great Ski Condo
This was one of our best ski trips! The condo was everything ithat was described. Plenty of towels and linens. The washing machine and dryer were a plus with three kids. I'd like to see more pots and pans because we like to cook and had to shuffle pans a lot. We walked to the ski lift which was an easy walk. We also used the shuttle which was very convenient and was always on time. Loved this place and didn't want to leave! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation is about cleanliness - light bulbs out, patios were dirty and dull is cob webs. Kitchen and bedrooms were great.

Good for Families
We spent 4 nights over Spring Break. The condo was very nicely decorated and very accommodating for our group. We had 2 adults, 3 children and our dog with us and there was plenty of space for all. The location was very convenient.. right across the highway from the resort and within walking distance to the lifts, the next best location to ski in/ski out. We did have a problem with the fireplace not working, but contacted maintenance and it was taken care of as soon as possible. Amenities were great and our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the dishes and cookware. Everything else exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Love the location
The living room window and deck looked directly across Hwy 550 to Durango Mountain Resort. We could see several ski lifts and beginner slopes easily. We could walk across the road to this area or to catch the shuttle up to the resort headquarters and other activities. The shuttle runs about every 10 minutes. Four of the 7 people in our group enjoyed snow-boarding and/or or skiing. Two teenagers took snow-boarding lessons and the 6 year old took skiing lessons. Six of us had a great adventure snowmobiling and went up to 11,000 feet. The guide was great and offered lots of information about the area. Another day we all went into Durango and took the Durango/Silverton train for an all-day adventure up into the mountains. The condo itself was lovely, very well furnished and equipped with everything we needed. There were 3 full bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. The master bedroom had its own sitting area and fireplace and bath with full Jacuzzi and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom had a four poster bed and full bath right outside the door. The third bedroom had a full bed on bottom and topped with a single bunk bed. The half/bath was downstairs in the hallway coming from the front door to the kitchen. The kitchen was ample and had a large table that sat 8. The living room had a large sofa and two nice easy chairs and a large fireplace, plus large TV. All three bedrooms had TVs. There was a large deck off the living area with a table and chairs and gas BBQ. There is a one-car garage and room in the driveway for another vehicle. There is a combo washer/dryer in the hall upstairs. All bedroom are upstairs and the rest of the condo is downstairs. The area around the condo is lovely. I did a lot of walking in the snow and down the road to the lake which was completely frozen over.
