With an inviting and open floor plan, the great room is accented with a river rock fireplace and tall panoramic windows. Throughout the homes are log beams, walls of windows and beautiful artwork. In addition, you can enjoy a big screen TV, DVD player, VCR, and a surround sound stereo system. Listen to crackling of a fire on a crisp winter night or gather friends and family on a peaceful summer eve. This room is the ideal place for it all!
The gourmet kitchen and dining room has a breakfast bar, wet bar, wine chiller, and large pantry. Just outside is a decks complete with a built-in gas grill, while the large picture window above the kitchen sink offers outstanding wildlife viewing.
The master bedroom suite on the main level is magnificent with a private deck, entertainment center, and oversized double-headed shower. Also on the main level is a second master suite with a king-size bed, jet tub, and separate exit to the front deck.
Upstairs are two guest bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and private bathroom. The loft is can be used as an office and can be used to stay in touch while away from home. A second living/ kids bedroom area can be used as a den, play room, or slumber party room for children. There are 4 twin beds in this game room. The home also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a cancellation fee of $100 regardless of date cancelled.
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, your lodging, taxes, and departure cleaning fee, minus a service fee of $100, will be returned to you.
If you find you have to cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, all lodging fees will be refunded if, and only if, the unit can be re-rented for the specific dates that you have booked. All monies, less cancellation fee, will be returned for the dates that have been re-booked.
For reservations that are at least twenty-nine (29) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
